How to split a PDF

What you get back

Each page is extracted into a fresh PDF that carries that page's full content. Text stays selectable, fonts stay embedded, and images keep their resolution. Nothing is rasterised or re-compressed, so a split page is exactly as sharp as it was inside the original.

Because every page becomes its own file, the combined size of the pieces is usually a little larger than the original: each new PDF has to carry its own copy of the fonts and resources that the single document used to share.
